PORK STIR-FRY

  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 1 c. snow peas
  • 1 tbs. oil
  • 3 tbs. 1/4 pound of pork tenderloin (I use leftovers)
  • 3 tbs. of hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbs. of lime juice
  • Scallions

Preparation

Step 1

Sit-fry carrots and snow pese in oil for 4 minutes. Add pork, stir-fry 3 minutes or until done. Stir in hoisin sauce and lime juice. Top with sliced scallions.
