Ingredients
- 4 Carrots sliced
- 1 c. snow peas
- 1 tbs. oil
- 3 tbs. 1/4 pound of pork tenderloin (I use leftovers)
- 3 tbs. of hoisin sauce
- 2 tbs. of lime juice
- Scallions

Step 1
Sit-fry carrots and snow pese in oil for 4 minutes. Add pork, stir-fry 3 minutes or until done. Stir in hoisin sauce and lime juice. Top with sliced scallions.
