Corn & Crawfish Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crawfish meat, chopped
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans corn
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 cup provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup shallots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend together butter and flour over low heat.
2. Add onions and sauté until wilted.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat for 40 minutes.
