Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple
- 3 T honey
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 T fresh ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Core pineapple and cut in quarters. Combine marinade ingredients and marinate pineapple. Slice each piece in 4 lengthwise or crosswise.
Brush glaze on both sides of pineapple. Pre-heat grill and spray with non-stick spray. Cook on grill approximately 4 minutes per side.
