SALMON SOUFFLEE

  • 2 tbsp. minute tapioca
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 can salmon (1/2 lb.)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

Step 1

Mix tapioca and water and cook until it forms a gel. Mix the tapioca mixture with the salmon, onion and egg yolks. Beat egg whites and gentley fold in. Bake at 350 F _____________minutes.
