Ingredients
- 1 st layer
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 2 nd layer
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 5 oz cool whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 can angel flake coconut
- 3 rd layer
- 2 small pkgs instant coconut or vanilla pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- 4 th Layer
- 1 5 oz cool whip
- 1 can angel flake coconut
Preparation
Step 1
1st layer
Cream butter and flour till crumbly. Add pecans and mix. Sprinkle inpan and press downto cover bottom. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
2nd layer
Mix cream cheese, cool whip and sugar till creamy. Spread over 1st layer and cover with coconut.
3rd layer
Mix pudding and milk. Beat till thickens. If use cvanilla pudding add cocunt to the pudding. Spread on 2nd layer.
4th layer
Spread cool whip over third layer and sprinkle with coconut.
NOTE: You can make this with chocolate pudding and leave out the coconut,
