Lemon Thyme Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon ground
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle chops with salt & pepper.

Stir together panko, parmesan cheese, lemon zest & thyme in a shallow baking dish.

Dredge chops in mixture. Cook chops in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until done.
