Ingredients
- 2 lbs. seedless grapes (red)
- 8 sprigs thyme
- olive oil
- salt pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
Preparation
Step 1
Toss seedless grapes onto rimmed baking sheet. Add the thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper. Nestle the sausage amongst the grapes. Roast at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Toss occasionally until sausage is cooked.
