Ingredients
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. honey
- 1 t. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- 1/4 t. freshly ground pepper
- 4 (6 oz.) skinless salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 inches away from heat.
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.
Arrange salmon fillets on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; brush salmon with honey mustard sauce.
Broil salmon rotating pan after about 5 minutes; flip salmon after aoubt 1 minute more. Brush this side with sauce and broil another 4-5 minutes or only until just cooked through.
