Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 lb. Boneless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise to make cutlets
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar, water, garlic and ginger in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until the sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add the chicken and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
