Grilled Asian Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets, cleaned
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1 T chili sauce
  • 1 T fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime (juice & zest)
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat outdoor grill to high. Place salmon on 3 slightly overlapping lg sheets of aluminum foil.

In bowl mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, lime zest & brown sugar. Pour sauce over the salmon. Place salmon in foil on the grill. Grill salmon 4-7 min on each side until fully cooked.

Remove & place on platter. If there is any leftover sauce on foil. Pour it over the fillets. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
