Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Small onions, chopped
  • 3/4 LB of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 to 12 OZ Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 LB Fresh Spinach, (chop it up)
  • 2 Cans Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 Cans Milk
  • 1/2 Can water
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer onions and mushrooms together
in butter or bacon drippings.
Put all liquids in Crock pot first
and mix. Next the chopped up Spinach.
Last the bacon, onions, mushrooms
and cheese.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
