Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 cup diced green pepper
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- Saute above ingredients
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tspred pepper flakes
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer until well blended and serve with cooked ziti and parm cheese
