Ingredients
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T honey
- 1 t white wine vinegar
- 1/4 t kosher salt
- 1/4 t fresh ground pepper
- 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler with oven rack 6 in away from heat. Stir together first 5 ingredients in sm bowl. Arrange salmon on aluminum foil lined baking sheet; brush salmon with honey-mustard sauce.
Broil salmon rotating pan halfway through for 8 min until just cooked through.
