Philadelphia Chocolate Cheesecakes for Two

These delightful chocolate cheesecakes for two are perfect for your sweetheart on Valentines day, but no matter the day, they're absolutely scrumptious!

Ingredients

• 2 ounce (1/4 of 8-ounce package) Lite PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
• 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Lite Whipped Topping
• 2 OREO chocolate sandwich cookies

Preparation

Step 1

Beat first 3 ingredients in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.

Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups; top with cream cheese mixture.

Refrigerate 2 hours.
