Ingredients
- 6 c. cubed, peeled potatoes
- 5 c. water
- chopped onions opt.
- 1/2 c. chopped celery opt.
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots opt.
- 1/4 c. butter
- 4 tsp. chicken bouillon granules or cubes
- salt
- pepper
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except milk. Bring to a boil. Boil slowly for 25 mins. Then add milk.and heat another 5 mins.
