Carrot Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 3oz package of Orange Jello
  • 1 #2 Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 Carrots Grated
  • 1/2 Cup of Raisins
  • Lettuce for decoration

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in 1 Cup of Boiling Water.
Cool
Add undrained Pineapples and Carrots.
Pour into Jello Mold
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Unmold and place on Bed of Lettuce
