Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 med onion chopped (1/2 c)
- 2 c tomato pasta sauce
- 4 c cooked orzo
- 1 c shredded mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Trim chops of excess fat and sprinkle with salt and pepper
heat oil in skillet and cook chops in oil 5 mins turning once till browned
Place pork in slow cooker
Sprinkle onion over pork
Add pasta sauce
Cook on low 4-6 hours
Place orzo on platter and top with pork
Spread sauce over all and sprinkle with cheese
