Ingredients
- 1 16oz Can of tiny whole beets
- 1/2 Cup of Sugar
- 1/3 Cup of Vinegar
- Dash of Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Drain Beets and reserve liquid.
In Medium saucepan, combine beet liquid, Sugar, Vinegar, and Salt.
Add to beets.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Note: If tiny beets are not available, use 1/4 Cup of large ones.
