Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken broth
  • cup of white wine
  • sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning in pan
  • lemons
  • fresh dill

Preparation

Step 1

Place salmon in poacher. Place chopped dill over fish. Squeeze one lemon over fish.
Bring to a slow boil and cook 12 minutes.
Lift out of poacher , remove dill. Decorate with lemon slices, capers.

Dill sauce

i pint sour cream
4 T low fat mayo
crushed dill
juice of one lemon
Blend together.
