Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 long thin Cucumbers (Can use "Japanese Seedless" cucumbers)
  • 1 Tbsp Dillweed (or 1 Tbsp of Dillweed seeds crushed or 2 Tbsp of minced fresh Dill.
  • 3 Tbsp of Water
  • 3 Tbsp of Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Dillweed, Water, Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt.
Pour mixture over Cucumbers and chill for 2 hours.
