Ingredients
- 8 small red potatoes
- 8 cloves garlic
- 3 lb. beef roast
- 1 can beefy mushroom soup
- 1 envelope garlic & herd dry soup mix
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes and garlic in slow cooker, place beef on potatoes.
Sprinkle dry soup over beef and pour canned soup over all.
Cover & cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
Remove beef and potatoes; slice beef.
Place broccoli in slow cooker with remaining sauce on high heat, cover and cook about 15 minutes. Serve with beef & potatoes.
