Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c shredded monteray jack cheese
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1 4 oz. can chopped green chili's
- 10 eggs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic pepper
- 1 tblsp minced jalepeno
Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage. Place in greased 13 X 9" pan. Layer jalepeno, cheeses, onion, chili's over sausage. Beat eggs and seasonings together and pour over mixture. Bake 375° 18 - 22 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares and serve.
