The World's Best Chicken

Quick, easy and delicious roasted chicken breast really is the world's best chicken! The sauce gives the chicken a slightly sweet and spicy taste, and the fresh rosemary on top is perfect!

Ingredients

• 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves, for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar. Place chicken breasts into a large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Pour mustard mixture over chicken.

Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 165°F.

Serve with fresh rosemary on top.
