Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 pkg. Shake "N Bake Chicken Coating Mix
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425.
Cook and stir bacon n a large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Reserve 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings; mix with mustard.
Place sprouts in a large bowl. Add mustard mixture, then coating mix; toss to evenly coat. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Spoon into serving dish; top with bacon.
