BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 2 cup bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup blueberries or chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Line muffin pan with paper baking cups.

Stir all the ingredients except blueberries in medium bowl just until moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.

Bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and remove from pan to wire rack.
