Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 c noodles, uncooked
- 1 medium onion diced
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer and onion is tender, drain excess fat. Stir in soup and mushrooms. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream and cook on low for 5 minutes or until heated through. Spoon over noodles.
