Ingredients
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 T mayo
- 1/4 c finely chopped peeled cucumber
- 1 T finely chopped green onion
- 2 t minced fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
Cut thin slice off top of each tomato. Scoop out & discard pulp; invert tomatoes onto paper towels to drain.
In sm bowl combine cheeses & mayo until smooth; stir in cucumber, onion & dill. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.
