SALMON LOAF

  • 1 {15.5oz} can salmon
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion or more
  • 1/2 cup milk {4.5oz}
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 slightly beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F

Flake salmon in a bowl, add bread, onion and butter; mix well.

Combine egg and milk; add to salmon and mix well. Shape into loaf and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.
