Aunt Bess' Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 C sugar
• 1/3 Crisco
• 2 eggs
• 3 ripe bananas - mashed
• 2 C flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 C milk
• 1/2 C pecans - chopped

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees
