Spinach Casserole - Creamy Baked

Ingredients

  • Butter for greasing
  • 16 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2/3 c crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 lg eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c half & half
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375.

Grease sm baking or Au gratin dish & set aside. Place spinach on several layers of paper towels. Roll up & twist gently to squeeze out excess moisture.

Transfer spinach into lg bowl. Add feta, eggs, half & half, salt & pepper, stirring to combine. Spoon into prepared baking dish & bake until cheese begins to brown, about 25 min. Serve hot.
