Spinach & Bacon Cheesy Dip

Makes 4 c. 32 servings.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 in cubes
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cut up
  • 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained & crumbled.

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Put into baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.until cheese & mixture well blended. Stir as needed while dish is baking.
