Mama Mel's Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • prepare all to taste, mix and let sit while squash bakes:
  • shredded parmesan
  • minced garlic
  • fresh, chopped basil
  • fresh lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Season spaghetti squash with salt and pepper and place cut side down in a 450° oven for 10-15 minutes, or until squash is tender.
Scoop out roasted squash and stir in parmesan mixture, adjust seasonings to taste.
