Ingredients
- prepare all to taste, mix and let sit while squash bakes:
- shredded parmesan
- minced garlic
- fresh, chopped basil
- fresh lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Season spaghetti squash with salt and pepper and place cut side down in a 450° oven for 10-15 minutes, or until squash is tender.
Scoop out roasted squash and stir in parmesan mixture, adjust seasonings to taste.
