  • 10 oz ground sirloin
  • 3 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 toasted sesame oil
  • 21 tsp mirin or dry sherry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 30 dough circles

Combine all ingredients. Portion into 2 tsp balls. Refrigerate 30 min
