Ingredients
- 5 cups hulled strawberries
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons mint leaves
- 8 shots white rum
Preparation
Step 1
Place the strawberries, lime juice and mint in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the strawberry mix into ice shot glass molds and place them in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or until frozen.
3. Pop each frozen shot glass out of the mold, fill with a shot of white rum and serve immediately
