Creamed Corn - Gulliver's

This is the cream corn recipe from the restaurant Gulliver's.

Ingredients

  • 2 20oz pkg frozen corn
  • 8 oz whipping cream
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • white pepper
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, except butter and flour. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Blend melted butter and flour. Add to corn mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
