Ingredients
- 10 russet potatoes (about 3 lbs)
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup brown rice flour
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp savory
- Ground black pepper
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 1 cup nsa chicken broth
- Parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash and thinly slice potatoes
2. Slice onion into thin slices
3. Mix rice flour, garlic, oregano, savory, black pepper, and chili powder together
4. In a 9X12 pan, layer potatoes so they are barely overlapping
5. Top with 1/3 of the sliced onions, evenly distributed
6. Sprinkle a quarter of the flour/spice mixture evenly across the top
