Ingredients
- 1 lge onion, peeled & thinly sliced
- 3 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 c ice water
- 1/4 - 1/2 c cider or rice vinegar
- 1/2 t celery seeds, optional
- S & P to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place onion & cukes in large bowl
In a small bowl, combine ice water, rice vinegar, celery seeds, if using, & salt & pepper to taste
Pour over onions & cukes.
cover & refrigerate overnight before serving
