Pepperoncini Beef

Pepperoncini can be found in the pickle isle
I found this recipe on allreciepes.com and modified it to my taste

Ingredients

  • Beef chuck roast (3 pounds)
  • 4 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 (16 oz) jar pepperoncini
  • Can beef broth
  • provolone cheese
  • Bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Make small cuts in roast, and insert garlic in cuts. Place roast in slow cooker, and pour the entire contents of the jar of pepperoncini, including liquid, over meat. Add broth.

2. Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

3. Slice beef and assemble into a sandwich.
