Ingredients
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- 1/2 c. raisins, optional
- 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and sliced length wise
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Step 1
Spread peanut butter on one side of four slices of bread. Sprinkle raisins, if you wish, over each peanut butter covered piece of bread. Lay several slices of pear over the raisins/peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Lightly spread honey on one side of the 4 remaining slices of bread and top of the sandwich with these pieces. Cut in half and wrap in plastic or foil for lunches.
