Ingredients
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello brand strawberry-banana flavor gelatin.
- 3/4 cup boiling water, 1/3 cup cold water
- 2 1/2 cup thawed cool whip
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 (6oz) keebler ready crust graham cracker pie crust.
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) jello banana cream flavor instant pudding and pie filling.
- 3/4 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dissolve geletin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Stir in 3/4 cup of the strawberries. Pour into pie crust; chill until firm, about 15 minutes.
2. whisk pudding mix into milk. Fold in 1 1/2 cup of whipped topping. Stir in remaining strawberries. Spread mixture over gelatin in pie crust.
3. Chill until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries.
Makes 8 servings.
