Sugary Cinnamon Crumb Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 to ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line cupcake tin with cupcake wrappers.
Combine first 7 ingredients mix well and then add blueberries. To make crumb topping mix final 4 ingredients with a fork. Sprinkle over muffins before baking. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
