Peach Mandarin Jello Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg peach gelatin
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 3/4 c drained mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c chopped peaches, drained if canned
  • 1/2 c cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened.

Arrange some fruit in bottom of jello mold, pour a thin layer of jello over them and cool until set.

Fold cool whip into remaining jello and add remaining fruit. Carefully spoon into mold & chill until firm, at least 1 hour.
