Appetizer - Artichokes Chips - Pascento

Ingredients

  • 6 small artichokes trim & cut into thin slices
  • 3 eggs parsley chopped
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Batter – eggs, parsley, cheese, pepper

Put artichokes into a bowl of water & cover with flour. Let soak for a minimum of 1 hour

Remove artichokes from water put into flour and then into egg mixture. Put into hot oil add a small amount of batter, fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
