Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 T flour
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 t almond extract
- 2 c coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour baking sheet. Beat eggs lightly; add all but the coconut; blend well; stir in coconut. Bake at 325 deg for 13-17 mins.
