Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 2 T flour
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/4 t almond extract
  • 2 c coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour baking sheet. Beat eggs lightly; add all but the coconut; blend well; stir in coconut. Bake at 325 deg for 13-17 mins.
