Coconut Macarons

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 2 c coconut flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg white with dash of salt until foamy. Gradually add 1 c sugar until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla and coconut. Drop onto well-greased sheet. Bake at 350 for 18-20 mins. Remove immediately.
