Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken coup, undiluted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbs butter melted
- 2 tsp curry
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees
Butter an 8 inch baking dish
Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water until just fork tender, drain well.
Put cauliflower in dish.
Stir together soup, cheddar cheese, 1/4 parmesan cheese, mayo, melted butter, curry powder, and black pepper.
Pour over cauliflower. Sprinkle with rest of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes
