Ingredients
- 6 ounces oyster mushrooms (or a variety of mushrooms)
- 1 package fettuccini
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 package sun-dried tomatoes - (3 oz) softened, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccini according to package instructions.
In medium sauce pan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with hot, cooked fettuccini.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
