Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin or 2 cups
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 9" unbaked pie crust
- cool whip
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Whisk pumpkin, milk, eggs, spices and salt in a medium bowl until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and top with cool whip
